Do you offer online tuition?
Yes, we do. Skype, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet? Whatever you prefer.
Do I have to sign a contract?
Yes. We’ll set up a « Terms and Conditions » contract before the first lesson.
What are my payment options?
For a block of 10 lessons (9+1 free), you’ll need to pay the invoice via bank transfer in pounds sterling (£) before the first lesson.
For pay as you go lessons, you’ll need to pay within 15 days of the date of the invoice.
In case of late payment, interests and compensation will be added to the invoice.
How do I pay the £5 transportation fee?
If we’re travelling to you, the £5 transportation fee is to be given to the tutor after each lesson. Of course, if you come to meet the tutor or if the course is online, this fee will not apply.
What is the cancellation policy?
If you can’t make your lesson, you must cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. If you have to cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, you will have to forfeit the lesson fee.
How long do I have to use the block of ten lessons?
All hours of a block of 10 lessons (9+1 free) have to be used within 12 months from the date of purchase.
