Initially we started just as a new hobby and I thought it might be useful for my job, but the lessons quickly became the highlight of our week. AC has a way of keeping your learning on track and yet no two lessons are really the same. She made the lessons fun, and used a number of different tools to expose us to different elements of the language – TV Shows, little YouTube excerpts, games, quizzes, homework as well as oral practice. Also, anything I ever needed for work or anytime I specifically wanted to practice something she was always willing to adapt a lesson to help me out. The lessons are fun and are challenging – with a variety of exercises to help improve across all types, whether it’s reading, writing or speaking. The teaching and note taking is innovative, it’s easy to go back through previous lessons & there are lots of saved resources for me to continue to use outside of the lesson.
